When thinking of female Rock-n-Roll icons, chances are many names come to mind. Everyone from Janis Joplin to Pat Benatar, the list is long and plentiful. Among all the names, one would be remiss to not mention Stevie Nicks and Chrissie Hynde. Two equally powerful and important figures that helped shape the face of Rock-n-Roll, both have compelling stories to tell.

Stevie Nicks’ 24 Karat Gold tour began its next leg in February and is continuing to distinguish itself as one of the most unique (and popular) arena tours in recent memory.

"We've followed her for seven cities now," a man 20-years-my-senior told me midway through Stevie Nicks' 18-song set. "Amazing, after all these years, she's still got it." 

Stevie Nicks is a music Icon. As a member of Fleetwood Mac, she had a key role in their massive success. Fleetwood Mac’s "Rumors" for example has sold over 45 million copies since its release in 1977 and is one of the bestselling records of all time. Stevie Nicks has had huge success as a solo artist as well. Her newest solo release, “24 Karat Gold: Songs From the Vault”, had her diving into her archives.
